If services are canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled date, a full refund of the deposited funds will be provided. However, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the expected service date, including reservations made within 30 days or less of the service date.

Cancellation and Refund:

If a patron refuses service or fails to appear at the designated pick-up point, they will be charged the full rate of the expected service. If a trip is canceled by the patron or a third party after the vehicle has been dispatched, a cancellation fee will apply based on the intended service. All cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the reservation date to avoid incurring a fee. If canceled within 30 days or less of the scheduled service, a fee will automatically apply. Proof of cancellation requires a valid cancellation number from Gobtad Corp.

Damage to the Vehicle

The party chartering the vehicle is responsible for paying the full cost of any repairs required for damages to the vehicle's interior or exterior caused by that party.


We do not check baggage. Passengers can bring personal baggage and necessary items for the trip as long as they do not exceed the capacity of the vehicle, and there is no extra charge for transporting them. We Do not take responsibility for any items left in the vehicle.
